Eickman's Processing Co. Inc. has been in business since 1953. We are a full service slaughterhouse, with kill under USDA inspection. We slaughter beef, pork and lamb, along with exotic animals such as bison, bear, deer, and elk. Our main business is providing service for local farmers to be able to market animals that they raise to the end consumer. We also have a retail store of frozen meat products, cheese and frozen fruit and vegetables. We have seven smokehouses on site and smoke all of our own products. We have been shown on the History Channel Modern Marvels "The Butcher", along with Food Tech "Cheeseburger and Fries". We are always open for tours, and love to educate others on how meat is brought from the farm to the table.
