Rescue used, but useful building and remodeling products and more – from 2 by 4’s to toilets – that would otherwise end up in a landfill and put them to better reuse. Shop three floors of more than 50,000 square feet of warehouse space. Open Tuesday-Saturday.
Salvage Too corrects a dramatic market failure by creating an innovative enterprise that converts huge volumes of landfill-bound waste into valuable community assets. Through environmentally sound deconstruction services, the sale of recovered and donated building materials and other items, we help the environment and create green jobs and training opportunities.
Salvage Too also accepts donations of building materials such as doors, windows, kitchen and bath fixtures, and lighting. We also regularly receive donations of office equipment/furniture, appliances and household furniture. Please consult our website for a list of acceptable donations. Pickup available for a modest fee.
Our Deconstruction Service provides individuals, businesses and organizations with a socially and environmentally beneficial way to reuse building materials. Normally, structures slated for demolition are removed with heavy equipment. In contrast, our trained and qualified crew takes apart buildings or conducts “soft” salvage of useable items prior to final demolition. Deconstruction not only helps the environment, but provides tax incentives to building and property owners.
