A gifted writer, Megan created this one-woman show after years of research into the many interpretations of this famous woman who walked with Jesus. With humor and warmth, Megan portrays Mary Magdalene talking directly with the audience -- telling the stories of her encounters with Jesus and the disciples.
Imagine what it may have been like to be a woman at that Last Supper.

Winner of the Chicago theatre community’s prestigious Joseph Jefferson Award, storyteller Megan Wells is a master of the long form storytelling genre.
Megan is the resident Storyteller for Chicago Symphony Orchestra's new Once Upon a Symphony program. Megan tells a full repertoire of classical folktales with CSO musicians (featuring Yo Yo Ma) and theatrical effects provided by the Chicago Children's Theater.
