Join Their Journey support group is a group of people like you, who've found themselves in the role of care partner. Members of the group get together to share, gather information, or just be with friends who are going through the same thing. They've found that it helps with their daily challenges as care partners for those who have Alzheimer's and Dementia.
At today's meeting, an educational DVD sponsored by Senior Helpers will be shown and afterwards professionals in the community will be available to answer questions. Refreshments will be served.
