DeLayne (Hungness) Hogan was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009. This winter the cancer returned and DeLayne has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer which has spread to her liver. As she embarks on an aggressive course of treatment, the medical bills are mounting.
Please join us April 28, 2012 at Forest Hills Country Club in Loves Park IL 61111.as we show our support through this fun, family fundraising event for DeLayne, Jamie and their 2 boys Riley and Braden. Cost $20 adult, $10 children (3-12), pizza/pasta dinner, DJ, sundae bar, silent auction.
