She is a new voice to Charlotte's Web but a solid favorite on the circuit, Claudia Nygaard, described by WFMT’s Rich Warren as having “a voice like amber honey”. Reviewers are quick to praise her voice, but it is the songwriting that keeps the audience entranced. Starting out a singer in noisy bars and restaurants, Nygaard has definitely paid her dues. She learned how to engage the attention of an audience in those clubs, and later, on the county fair circuit, competing against generators and mainstage acts with huge sound systems, she learned to rely on her quick wit to keep the audience interested, and became a captivating storyteller, aptly described as "Will Rogers without the rope". Her skill as a guitarist has earned Claudia a Tacoma Guitars endorsement, as well as an endorsement from Intellitouch Guitar Tuners. Yep, she’s a triple treat indeed!
