Discovery Center is teaming up with local partners to promote healthy choices, from Apples and Aerobics to Zumba and zucchini. Hands-on activities will help you play with portions, dive into dairy, get goofy with grains, pick proteins, vary veggies, and flip for fruit. Get heart-healthy with a little help from our friends from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, and get in the game with the Rockford’s Riverdawgs, the new men’s semi-pro basketball team. Included with Discovery Center admission.
