Illinois is the last and only state to prohibit carrying a firearm for personal protection, plus it is a
felony to do so.
If you have questions or concerns about this issue, please come to this meeting and present them to our panel of experts. If you find Illinois laws regarding self-defense alarming and you want Illinois to join the rest of the nation, come find what you can do about it!
