Spring 2012 Proposal Writing Workshop series provides tools to increase grant funding When: March 8-May 17, from 2:00-4:30 p.m. Where: Rockford College-5100 East State Street location. The Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence (NICNE) at Rockford College presents the Proposal Writing Workshop Series Spring 2012. This series provides the tools necessary for organizations to secure grant funding. This practical, fast-paced and hands-on approach to grant writing is complemented by knowledge from various experts in the field. The Workshop instructor is David Buchen, Grant Coordinator, Rock Valley College. Each session will be held from 2-4:30 p.m. in Room 122 of the Rockford College facility at 5100 E. State Street.
